Building Contractor Bridge of Allan

Project summary

Restoration of victorian house.

This house was originally to be a restoration to bring up to date, with new bathrooms, utility and kitchen areas, forming new drainage system.  Upon work commencing it became apparent that the property had been effected by rising damp.

CCC worked to eradicate the rising damp and reinstated the property back to the way it was.  Forming new kitchen area, repairing/bridling roof space for velux’s, manufacturing new window to match in with old, fit out new bathrooms, create built in wardrobes, remove and repair fascia and soffit.

CCC assisted with design and then built new garage complete with bespoke garage doors.

Campbell Construction Crieff carried out some fairly major renovations on our Victorian house over a period of several months commencing November 2015. The work ranged from joinery, plastering, bathroom installation, external drainage, damp proofing to constructing a new garage and all joinery associated with a full re-roof. We were very impressed with Ally and his team, particularly Paul, his senior joiner, throughout the works. They were professional in all respects and always sought solutions to the many unexpected challenges that arise when renovating an older property. The property is now in full use and much admired, especially the quality of workmanship which is so obviously evident. We would not hesitate to recommend Campbell Construction, especially to clients looking for a thorough and professional finish.
